First look: Rowan Atkinson as Maigret

ITV has released a preview of Maigret Sets A Trap, one of two standalone dramas with Rowan Atkinson as the French detective and Budapest standing in for 1950s Paris.

The cast includes Irish actors Fiona Shaw and Aiden McCardle, as well as Shaun Dingwall, Lucy Cohu, Leo Starr, Rufus Wright, Hugh Simon, David Dawson, Colin Mace and Rebecca Night.

It will be broadcast on ITV in the 9pm slot on Easter Monday, 28 March 2016. France 3 is among other stations that have already bought the drama.
